How Is Gynecomastia Surgery Performed?

Liposuction helps eliminate excess pockets of fat from the chest wall. Next, we excise any loose or wrinkled skin and reposition the areola and nipple so it looks more proportionate. In most cases, this technique requires a small incision near the glandular tissue, and we will determine the incision type at the time of your consultation. After the pockets of fat and excess skin have been removed, Dr. Cuzalina will pull together the remaining skin.
