RHINOPLASTY 1 year after open rhinoplasty. A cartilaginous dorsal hump at the anterior septum created a “pollybeak” deformity. The patient had a history of nasal trauma with a relative saddle deformity over the nasal bones. A nasal tip strut graft was used to aid in tip projection along with a small dorsal onlay graft to treat a slight saddle nose deformity cephalically. The anterior septal angle was significantly reduce.
